SCRIPTick is an integrated platform to bridge Script Writers with Producers and shall strive to play its role effectively, that shall protect the interest of both the parties.

SCRIPTick or its team shall not use any of the concept/idea/theme/story idea pitched by a Script Writer under any circumstances. To Producers

SCRIPTick shall ensure Producers are offered only the best of scripts shortlisted, curated and developed by its team.

SCRIPTick will ensure a professional relationship with Producers and upon selection of the scripts offered, shall work out a mutually beneficial commercial arrangement to acquire the script by them.

Once a script is shortlisted by a Producer, the same shall not be pitched with any other Producer by SCRIPTick. Only if the Producer delays the process of acquiring the script (beyond 30 days from the date of acceptance of the script), SCRIPTick shall pitch such scripts with any other Producer.

Team SCRIPTick will carry out necessary checks on the originality of the scripts pitched to the best of its knowledge and ability, to ensure they are not totally inspired or copied from any Indian/International film/story to avoid disputes on the script rights later.

CRIPTick shall offer necessary legal agreement copies to Producers on its ownership/tie up of scripts with Script Writers, as and when required.

Producers need to negotiate the commercial arrangement to acquire a script only with Team SCRIPTick and no other person will be involved.

SCRIPTick shall maintain all correspondences with Producers through its official E-mail ID: contact@scriptick.in and Producers are expected to correspond in writing all their interactions.
